Over two days, we offer a Makeathon with development challenges in which engineers, technicians and company can show their talent, an industry forum on automation and Industry 4.0, business matchmaking, as well as talent matchmaking and new recruitment strategies for Moroccan companies!

Makeathon (21 & 22 February 2023)
Makeathon collaborative software and hardware development event. The goal of the event is the knowledge transfer between industry, universities, and vocational schools through intensive
collaboration by solving challenging technical problems, from the industry, using combined hardware and software approaches. The targets of the event are industry specialists and executives, STEM students, and people interested in technology.

Talent to Job Matchmaking and Employer Branding Workshop (21 February 2023)
Through our CCoA Talent to Job Matchmaking we give companies the opportunity to exchange and get to know young talents in automation. In one-on-one interviews with pre-selected candidates, companies can establish personal contacts with our engineers and technicians trained within CCoA. To support Moroccan companies in attracting the best talents on the job market, we also offer a workshop on employer branding. Students can get their CV checked by recruiting specialists on site!
Industry Forum and SME Matchmaking (22 February 2023)
Through the industry forum, the participants will be able to gain insight into the state-of-the-art technologies in the digitalization and automation field. The B2B matchmaking will facilitate participants to establish new business contacts and/or discover new export opportunities for Goods&Services.
